James Keith
President
As the president, James or Jimmy oversees the day-to-day operations of the corporation. He has a strong background in assessing and managing risks from his 32 years of experience in law enforcement.
He has investigated high technology crimes with the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office, where he also managed and supervised the dignitary protection unit. Jimmy also conducted numerous site security surveys throughout the Bay area such as residences, churches, sporting events, hospitals, colleges, and corporations.
While he was assigned to Stanford University as the liaison from the Sheriff’s Office, Jimmy assisted the University’s Department of Public Safety. He helped with risk assessments for the Hoover Institute, Stanford Hospital, and other University systems. After this, he was assigned to the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF).
He worked with the Secret Service, Department of State, and other law enforcement agencies for most of his career. Jimmy is known as the person who gets things done in a friendly yet efficient manner.
Thomas Quilty
Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer, Thomas or Tom develops new business opportunities for the corporation. He has a strong background in risk and project management through his experiences in the military, law enforcement, and as head of this company. His experience includes more than 25 years in law enforcement, including 8 years with the FBI React High Technology Crimes Task Force.
During that time, Tom has seen issues and potential solutions to many problems with intellectual property, data security, supply chain, and physical security. These issues are usually faced in high technology, manufacturing, and software development industries.
Tom assisted in corporations and law firms in understanding issues related to risk assessments, data breach planning, and data breach response. He has a unique perspective on high technology crimes because of his experiences. After all, he worked with the Secret Service, Department of State, and other law enforcement agencies. He also investigated federal and state high technology crimes. Because of his expertise in managing projects and risks, he became a valuable asset to his clients in areas of Due Diligence for a merger or acquisition and other unique situations. He has been consulted by corporations, schools, and law enforcement agencies for recommendations on minimizing risks involved with business operations or entering a new market.
