The staff of BD Consulting and Investigations, Inc. is led by
its president, Thomas Quilty, who has over twenty five years
experience in law enforcement, including ten years investigating
Federal and State of California High Technology Crimes. These
High Tech Crimes included Trade Secret Thefts, Counterfeit
Consumer Goods and Digital Media, Cargo Thefts, Thefts from the
Supply Chain, Organized Crime or Criminal Enterprises, Fraud,
Computer Intrusions and Computer Forensics.
BD Consulting and Investigations, Inc. have either employees or
certified contractors who have High Technology investigation
experience with Federal and State of California criminal
investigations. We have established working relationships with
other investigators in the United States and countries
throughout the world.
BD Consulting and Investigations, Inc. support the goals and
objectives of the High Technology Crime Investigation
Association (HTCIA) through partnerships between law
enforcement, education and industry.
